Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your product(s).To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Contact cs@uncommonbliss.com or fill out the form on this page to receive further instructions on how to return an item or items. Please include your order number as well.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Please note, you must return the print or framed print in the original shipping box or tube. If you do not have the original packaging, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. You must notify us of your intention to return the product you have purchased within 30 days of receiving the item. 

Originals
Original artwork should be purchased as a final sale item. Each artist has the discretion to allow a return of their original artwork after the sale. If you have any questions about whether a certain original artwork qualifies, please contact us before making the purchase. If the artwork is damaged on arrival, please contact us through our email at cs@uncommonbliss.com or through the form located on this page.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, and currently in stock. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Otherwise, we will issue a refund upon notification through email. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@uncommonbliss.com.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
