    Yes, all of our artwork is made by the artists at our company. 

    Are your frames outsourced or built at Uncommon Bliss?
    Our frames are cut and assembled by our team at Uncommon Bliss.

    What is an art print?
    An art print is an exact recreation of the original art piece. Each print is printed on archival fine art paper with a hint of texture to replicate the original art piece.

    When can I expect to receive my order?
    All orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. All orders are built from scratch as soon as you place your order.

    How is an art print shipped?
    We ship our art prints unrolled so they're easy to place in a frame as soon as you receive it. Art prints are shipped in envelope boxes with a protective layer to ensure they do not wrinkle.

    How are framed art prints shipped?
    Framed art is shipped in envelope boxes with protective layers to ensure the framed piece arrives undamaged.

    Do you allow returns?
    Yes, we do allow returns on all orders. Refer to our returns policy.

    Do your framed prints come matted?
    Yes, we allow the option of some of our artwork to come matted. Not all artwork has the option of a mat.

    If I just purchase the print with a frame, does it come matted?
    No, if you just purchase the print without a frame, it only comes standard size.

    What do I do if my print or frame has a flaw?
    Please contact us at cs@uncommonbliss.com and we will ensure that your issue is resolved so you are satisfied with your purchase.

    What if I need to order a large quantity of prints/framed prints?
